How can we Help?
When you manage a commercial property along the Wasatch Front, your plumbing system is constantly at war with the environment. Sandy’s alkaline clay soils expand during spring snowmelt and contract in the summer drought, putting relentless pressure on buried pipes. Combine that with harsh freeze-thaw cycles and hard water scale, and commercial sewer lines can crack, belly, or collapse entirely.
A failing sewer line isn’t just a maintenance issue—it’s a direct threat to your business operations. Operating directly out of Sandy, Midvale, and West Jordan, [Company Name] provides 24/7 commercial sewer and drain solutions. From retail centers to industrial warehouses, we have the heavy equipment and local expertise to diagnose failures instantly and fix them permanently with minimal disruption to your property.
Advanced Diagnostics: Free High-Tech Camera Inspections
Guesswork costs your business money. We deploy high-resolution video camera inspections—offered free of charge—to navigate deep within your commercial lines. We can pinpoint exactly how the local clay soil, tree root intrusion, or cast-iron deterioration is impacting your system. Once identified, our licensed plumbers provide a transparent, upfront estimate for the exact repair required.

We've had a small water leak in our front yard from our irrigation or the water main for some time that we were unable to diagnose and repair ourselves. I called Utah Leak Locate after reading many awesome reviews and Brandon, the owner, came out within the hour and immediately diagnosed the problem out front and a bigger problem we didn't even know we had with our water heater inside. The water heater was old and cracked due to a faulty pressure reducer valve. I really hadn't noticed the water on the floor since it's not an area we regularly enter. He offered a reasonable price for all the work so we opted to update to a tankless water heater and replace the water main rather than do a patch job. A crew from Plumbing Utah showed up the very next day and diligently worked on the repairs. Shane leads the excavation team and he was very professional keeping us informed as the day progressed. The water main took a little extra time due to the huge amount of rock in this area which required heavy equipment, but the workers were courteous and efficient and spent a lot of time replacing the sod and cleaning the yard up. Shane and the crew even power washed the driveway to remove all traces of the work they had been doing. We STRONGLY recommend this excellent company. They found the problem and completed a major repair on my sprinkling system promptly and professionally. I was so impressed with them that when I had another leak (this time in my water main) I immediately contacted them again. The peace of mind that I had knowing that they would take care of me is priceless. I will always use this company for any water/plumbing issues in the future because I know they will take care of me. I cannot say enough good things about them!! B Scott SatterfieldTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This is a top quality group. They do top notch work and are fast. I have had them do two jobs for me in the last two months ... and can witness that their work is very high quality. The owner, Brandon, is a great follow through manager making sure everything is correctly done, and the customer is satisfied. I had a little issue with the price on one of the projects they did for me. Brandon got a hold of me and reviewed the problem and promptly made it right. I recommend them highly. If you have a plumbing need ... give them a call. They will be quick to respond, will do a great job and Brandon will make sure everything is done to the customer's satisfaction. They also guarantee their work. You just can't go wrong with this group.
We don’t just clear drains; we rehabilitate entire commercial systems. Whether you are dealing with a collapsed line near the Jordan River corridor or scaling in an older Midvale facility, our specialized capabilities include:
Do not wait for a complete shutdown. Contact our emergency dispatch team immediately if you notice:
How does Utah’s clay soil affect commercial sewer lines? The alkaline clay soil prevalent in Sandy, Midvale, and West Jordan absorbs massive amounts of moisture during spring snowmelt, causing the ground to swell against buried pipes. During summer, the soil dries and shrinks. This constant shifting separates pipe joints, creates bellied sections where waste collects, and cracks older cast iron and PVC lines.
What is the benefit of trenchless commercial pipe lining? Trenchless pipe lining allows us to fix cracked or leaking sewer lines without excavating your commercial property, saving your concrete, parking lots, and landscaping. We insert an epoxy-coated liner into the existing pipe, creating a brand-new, structurally sound pipe inside the old one that is highly resistant to local tree root intrusion and soil shifting.
Are you available for emergency commercial sewer backups? Yes. A commercial sewer backup is a health and safety emergency that can force you to close your doors. We operate 24/7, 365 days a year, dispatching directly from our Sandy, Midvale, and West Jordan hubs to extract the water, clear the line, and get your business back online fast.
When your facility’s plumbing is on the line, trust the team that understands Utah’s unique environmental challenges and brings the right equipment to solve them.
